fantastic stay
friendly staff free wifi
The reception staff were always friendly. i appreciated their willingness to assist. the power went out in the room. It was fixed quickly. i found the free wifi accessible across the hotel.
the restaurant lacked variety, and the food options were not really 4.5 star worthy. i think more diverse selections are needed. prices seemed higher than the quality.

the room had two complimentary bottles of water daily. an iron and kettle were available. i found the room included an ashtray, even though smoking is not allowed in the room, strange.

kind staff convenient location small room inconsistent wifi
i found the staff kind they always greeted me with smiles the location suited me well being close to the areas i wanted to explore
the room felt somewhat small i think it would have been more comfortable with a bit more space the wifi was inconsistent at times making it difficult to stream videos

special attention good breakfast low pressure smoke smell
the room were clean and big. breakfast was very good to. we even got a special attention for my mums birthday thanks to sona, kadir and captain emre. i recommend this hotel.
the water pressure was low in the bathroom sink. i also noticed often smells like smoke in a non smoking room. these things really did make it annoying.

the breakfast was acceptable.
the gym did not provide water or towels. there was no staff present there. i expected more from a hotel in this category.

nice experience
excellent service friendly staff
koray, emre, and metin, staff members, gave excellent service. rooms were clean and tidy. cleaning staff were friendly. the buffet had a huge selection. kitchen staff made a good omelet. i thank the staff.
the room's power went out around 11pm. i contacted reception. a repairman arrived within 10 minutes. the bed sheet did not properly fit the double bed. sleeping was just ok.
