fantastic stay
friendly stafffree wififood options
The reception staff were always friendly. i appreciated their willingness to assist. the power went out in the room. It was fixed quickly. i found the free wifi accessible across the hotel.
the restaurant lacked variety, and the food options were not really 4.5 star worthy. i think more diverse selections are needed. prices seemed higher than the quality.

the room had two complimentary bottles of water daily. an iron and kettle were available. i found the room included an ashtray, even though smoking is not allowed in the room, strange.

the hotel has a gym. i noticed that the pool seemed small and could get crowded. the hotel also has designated smoking areas on each floor, which i found convenient.

i had to request ice from the restaurant each day. they were happy to provide this. the staff were generally friendly. they spoke enough english, which helped.

the room were clean and big. breakfast was very good to. we even got a special attention for my mums birthday thanks to sona, kadir and captain emre. i recommend this hotel.
the water pressure was low in the bathroom sink. i also noticed often smells like smoke in a non smoking room. these things really did make it annoying.

koray, emre, and metin, staff members, gave excellent service. rooms were clean and tidy. cleaning staff were friendly. the buffet had a huge selection. kitchen staff made a good omelet. i thank the staff.
the room's power went out around 11pm. i contacted reception. a repairman arrived within 10 minutes. the bed sheet did not properly fit the double bed. sleeping was just ok.

my room was clean and big. the breakfast had a huge variety. it was nice to have so many choices for breakfast items, i tried many new things. i liked that.
low water pressure was in the showerheads. i often smelled smoke in my non smoking room. i found that to be very unpleasant, i did tell reception about it.
